Who are you and what are you doing?
I am a software engineer trying to do innovative and entrepreneurial things while paying my mortgage. I have worked for about 5 WA start-ups, from video to web to public transport to medical and now financial industries. In recent years I have been doing freelance web development, and I’m currently building a mobile app. I am also in the early stages of my own business focused on getting WA retailers online.

Networking with some of the most interesting people in Perth
What can you give to this community?
Experience in start-ups, technical experience in web and mobile development. I’m a bit of an ideas guy too.
Why did you start your project / organisation?
I have had too many bad experiences with online shopping as a customer, and I know how painful it is to build and host ecommerce sites from scratch. I believe I can empower designers to build ecommerce sites quickly and reliably.
What is your passion?
Enabling people to follow their passion & purpose, especially the disadvantaged. Enabling small business & local innovation.

Scitech Discovery Centre exhibitions, when the Fremantle, Midland or Armadale trains announce the next station, if you get laser eye surgery in parts of Europe or some third world countries
