Lunchtime Learning – Alex Jones on Startup Funding
The first Lunchtime Learning presenter will be Alex Jones who will talk to the group about fundraising on Monday, July 16 at 1:00pm. The presentation will be a short introduction to how different kinds of startup businesses are funded from inception to profitability.
The key highlights will be:
- Different kinds of funding sources and their pro’s and con’s
- Case studies of successful and unsuccessful businesses
- Brief introduction to budgeting for a start up business
