Who are you and what are you doing?

We are Clare Properjohn & Heather Delfs and together we are The Creative Arts House – we create brands people fall in love with.

We look for the emotional triggers that engage humans. By focusing on your brand’s personality we weave these triggers through each and every one of your touch points.

We will help you create and market brands that are full of personality and aligned with smart strategies through:
- Design & development of a new brand, or the revitalisation of a mature one
- Development of an integrated marketing strategy for your company, product or organisation
- Digital Marketing – This means your website, social media, email marketing and search engine marketing
- Content Creation – Think web copy and blogs, social media updates, advertisements, media releases, marketing collateral and more. We build things out of words.

Why did you start your project / organisation?

We were really passionate about bringing the ‘human’ out in marketing and providing a service that specialised in creating relevant and engaging content and the skills to disseminate that content through the right channels to connect with the right people.

We believe brands should behave like humans. We look for soul.

What is your passion?

When it comes to marketing we are not interested in spreadsheets or making shallow claims about features and benefits. We look for heart and soul.

We live and breathe our cities, we immerse ourselves in experiences and connections. We take the time to get inspired.

We balance structure with flexibility; marketing will fail if static (or left to stagnate). It must be agile and fluid; it must evolve with the world around us.

And we love pugs!
