Who are you and what are you doing?
Business Continuity, that is investigating what systems and processes your organisation relies on and is vulnerable to what I do. I’ve been self-employed for well over a decade and have assisted many different organisations across a large range of industries.
What do you want to get from this community?
I expect to introduce more start-ups to the concepts and issues related to Business Continuity to assist in reducing the first-year failure and increase the long term survival of new business ventures.
What can you give to this community?
Experience.
Why did you start your project / organisation?
Many organisations rely on invisible or assumed attributes to deliver their product and/or service. I found that many are completely oblivious to their vulnerabilities and often the fix is trivial.
What is your passion?
The three “L”s in life: learning, learning and learning.
Just because we’ve always done something in a certain way doesn’t mean that it’s the best way.
